me estan cobrando una suscripción a microsoft teams y no lo uso desde hace tiempo quiero mi devolución
He llamado y escrito a soporte de microsoft y no he tenido ninguna solución, quiero reclamar que me devuelvan mi dinero pueden darse cuenta que no he utilizado el servicio desde el año pasado, no es posible que me cobren de un servicio q no uso.

We installed co-pilot as we want to transcribe our client meetings but we realised this does not work. Can we request a refund for our co-pilot subscription as we are now upgrading to a business account?
