How to change a re-occuring meeting to a custom re-occuring meeting in teams

I sent out a team meeting to reoccur every 4 weeks, but need to change it to every 3rd thursday of the month. how do i switch this without having to send out a new invite?

My teams meeting link is not showing when I create a meeting invite and the troubleshooting is not working to enable the link

When I go to create a meeting, my Teams meeting option is no longer available and I cannot see where to enable it - I have no idea why it even disappeared

Please consider moving the "cancel webinar" button on the Teams webinar page.
