|---|---|---|
| StickyCompatibility | 0 | Provides compatibility with Sticky without guaranteeing that OnStartCommand(Intent, StartCommandFlags, Int32) is called again after the service is killed. |
| Sticky | 1 | This mode makes sense for things that will be explicitly started and stopped to run for arbitrary periods of time, such as a service performing background music playback. |
| NotSticky | 2 | Does not recreate the service after its process is killed unless there are pending intents to deliver. |
| RedeliverIntent | 3 | Recreates the service after its process is killed and redelivers the last intent. |
| ContinuationMask | 15 | Masks the bits that describe how to continue the service if its process is killed. |
