A Class representing a NetworkFabricExternalNetwork along with the instance operations that can be performed on it. If you have a ResourceIdentifier you can construct a NetworkFabricExternalNetworkResource from an instance of ArmClient using the GetNetworkFabricExternalNetworkResource method.
