Full Contact List stops at Gs when BCC

Disable Charms in Outlook

Does anyone know of a way to disable those silly charms that are automatically added to your Calendar events? I'm sure a few users like them, but I would like to permanently disable them. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
