Just bought a new Imac, had Office 2024 installed but its not working, tells me to activate, I put the key in then nothing works and it tells me I've already installed it - but nothing works other than outlook and I keep getting prompted to Office 365 help please

    If you were provided with an Office product key, did you log into this link to enter your product key and register the Office licence on your Microsoft account.

    If so, log into your Microsoft account on this link and check if you can see the Office licence linked to your account there.
