My personal account ******@gmail.com has been hacked after i mistakenly pasted a code in window run and power shell flashed for a brief.

The hacker has removed my number from account recovery and added his own email, pls help

Scan the PC for malware before changing anything. Run a full antivirus scan first. On Windows 8.1 or Windows 10/11, Windows Defender can be used from Start by searching for Windows Defender and following the on-screen instructions. This is important before changing the password.
Try to recover the Microsoft account immediately. If the password no longer works, use Recover your account and enter the email address, phone number, or Skype name used to sign in. Then:
- choose where to receive the security code,
- enter the code,
- set a new password.
If the recovery details were changed by the attacker, use the account recovery process. If the sign-in email is correct but the offered phone number or email is not recognized, recover the account using the recovery flow.
If access is regained, review and fix account security settings right away. Check:
- connected accounts
- forwarding
- automatic replies
Review recent sign-in activity. On the Security basics page, select Review activity. If suspicious activity appears, mark it as This wasn't me or Secure your account, then change the password.
Add another verification method after recovery. On Advanced security options, select Add a new way to sign in or verify so recovery is easier if this happens again.
Do not change all security info at once. Microsoft warns that changing all security info at the same time can restrict the account for 30 days.
If the username is no longer found after recovery attempts, contact support. The support flow is provided in the sign-in article for cases where the account still cannot be found.
