Cannot see any emails

None of my emails are showing up in Outlook. Nothing in focused, inbox, junk or deleted.
I need to access my emails, please.

If all folders are completely empty, first make sure you are signed in to the correct Microsoft account at https://outlook.live.com/mail.
Also check whether your Outlook.com storage is full. If the mailbox storage limit has been reached, new emails may stop arriving.
A few questions to narrow this down:
- Do you see your old emails if you sign in at https://outlook.live.com/mail using a private/incognito browser window?
- Is this a personal Outlook/Hotmail/Live account, or a work/school account?
- Did this start suddenly today, or have the emails been missing for several days?
Please also check "Settings" > "General" > "Storage" and let me know if it shows the mailbox as full.
