Why is all of my incoming mail being forwarded and showing up in junk mail but still showing in my in box

    Hi,
    This is because of a rule that probably applies because your account was hacked. Kindly check them and let me know.

    1. Open Outlook.
    2. Select Settings (gear icon) in the upper-right corner.
    3. Select Mail > Rules.
    4. Review the list of existing inbox rules.
    5. You can enable, disable, edit, delete, or create a new rule from this page
