    Hi CityBoy312,

I understand the .ics attachment keeps loading without opening in Outlook for iOS, and the behavior has returned after working normally.

Please note that this is a user-to-user forum, so contributors cannot access your account or inspect the Outlook app directly.

Could you confirm whether this affects every .ics file or only meeting requests that you send to yourself? Also, please provide the Outlook app version and iOS version.

    Meanwhile, try these steps:

    1. Update Outlook from the App Store and install any available iOS update.
    2. Force-close Outlook, reopen it, and test the .ics file again.
    3. In Outlook, open Settings, select the affected email account, and choose Reset Account. This refreshes the account data without removing the account.
    4. As a temporary alternative, save the .ics file and import it through Outlook.com using Calendar > Add calendar > Upload from file. Import or subscribe to a calendar in Outlook.com or Outlook on the web | Microsoft Support

If the file still only spins, contact the Outlook Mobile team from profile picture > ? > Contact Outlook Mobile Support so the app-specific details can be collected. See Get in-app help for Outlook for iOS and Android.

I hope these checks help determine whether the behavior is limited to a particular calendar file or the Outlook app.
