Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Use Microsoft’s support flow that can connect personal account users to a live agent:
- Open Get Help on the web or in Windows.
- Enter a short description of the account problem.
- If the self-help steps do not fix it, select Contact Support.
- Choose the affected product or service, then select Confirm.
- Choose a contact method if available:
- Chat with a support agent in your web browser
- Provide your phone number and a support agent will call you
For Microsoft account sign-in issues, start with the sign-in helper. It checks the account details provided and either shows self-help steps or guides to the next support option. Microsoft support agents cannot send password reset links or directly change account details.
If the issue is specifically with Outlook.com, support is available from within Outlook.com by selecting Help, entering the issue, and then using Still need help? → Yes. Signing in is required to contact Outlook.com support.
Availability of chat and call options depends on the product, scenario, subscription, and support hours.
