Geek saiBack screens are broken. After see lock page, the screens come up white.
Geek squad could not repair. Said if I send to Microsoft it will be gone at least a month. I now use my surface pro for churc business. I was told if you replace this one you will send me only a repaired one. It hasn't even been 2 months (purchase date 6-28-26}. If that is the case I want to return it. How do I return for a refund?
