Important: The account recovery form above can only be used if two-step verification is not enabled. If you have the feature enabled, the only way to recover your account is to regain access to your two-step verification phone number.

Unfortunately, these are the only procedures available in these cases. Due to Microsoft's security policy, which seeks to protect user information and data as much as possible, Microsoft account recovery is completely automated.
