hacked and stolen accounts over a video game

I made an account for my dead brother who was murdered 5 years ago I was at work and my friend wanted to modded the account for me and I said yes to it and gave him the login info for my account then two days later I no longer have access into the account anymore at all because [PII removed] aka [PII removed] passed my email and password around to all his friends then claims he doesn't have access into the account anymore but his email is still up and on it and he refuses to give it back to me all because I won't date him at all he oreganly got me another account that he gave my ex access to for no reason then got me another one and again did the same thing to that one as well gave my ex access into it and now he cant get those accounts back at all and my ex hasn't paid the dude yet and my ex also had access into the account as well there were 6 different emails on that account and now Microsoft is refusing to give me the email for it and the password because there accusing me of not being the actual owner of the [PII removed] when I was the one that made the account and no one else at all had access to that account but me and [PII removed] aka [PII removed]as well so I want your guys opion on this u guys think he owes me a new account or do u think I should go to the cops and have him and my ex and who ever else has the account arressted for it because this was over a video game in red dead redemption 2 online I was playing with a friend and u know how other players are they are going to kill there friends in red dead online for fun and that's what I had done and he made false accusations and got my dead brothers account stolen so whoever has that account I hope your happy because u stole something that doesn't belong to u at all and the fact that [PII removed] [PII removed] friend wants 12000 for the account is really not cool at all because that account does not belong to u it needs to come back to me now
