cant log into roblox and fortnite

I understand how frustrating it is when you cannot launch or sign in to either game.

To help narrow this down, could you please clarify:

• Does the error appear when opening Roblox, Fortnite or both?
• How did you install Roblox, from the Microsoft Store or the Roblox website?
• How are you launching Fortnite, through the Epic Games Launcher, Xbox app or a shortcut?
• If possible, please share a screenshot of the full error message, but make sure no personal information is visible.

In the meantime, please try the following:

• Restart your PC, then check for pending updates under Settings > Windows Update.
• Sign out of the Microsoft Store and Xbox app, restart the PC, and then sign back in using the same Microsoft account.
• Open Settings > Apps > Installed apps, select the affected game, choose Advanced options, and try Repair first. If the issue continues, try Reset.
• If only Roblox is affected, uninstall Roblox, restart the PC, and reinstall it from the same source you originally used.

Please avoid manually changing permissions or moving files inside the Program Files\WindowsApps folder, as this may cause additional app issues.
