How can I tell what antivirus program i am currently using on my home computer

Is there a free antivirus program i can install if i do't have one already?

    By default Windows contains a full security suite that includes Windows Defender the built-in anti-virus, though your PC may have come with a 3rd party anti-virus pre-installed, which disables Windows security, if that has now expired, your system will be unprotected.

    Open the Settings App.

    Go to Privacy & Security - Windows Security.

    Please provide a screenshot of that window.
