Hello sunku anand,
Microsoft does not appear to offer an official Surface app that continuously displays internal temperature in the system tray.
To help protect the battery:
- Keep Windows and Surface firmware updated through Windows Update.
- Avoid using or charging the Surface in temperatures above 35°C / 95°F.
- Leave Battery Smart Charging enabled when available, as Surface manages it automatically to reduce battery aging from prolonged charging or elevated temperatures.
Third-party ARM64 monitoring tools exist, but they may not display battery temperature if the Surface hardware does not expose that sensor.
If the battery is already swelling or deforming the enclosure, stop using the Surface and contact Surface Support.
