click workers account sign up issue

i cant make a click worker account for some reason i dont know only can thoerise i think because there is alot of numbers in the email click worker gave me the account wont register because i tried with a different username and it worked thats why im able to text you guys now

    I'm sorry to hear that. However, this issue is with Clickworker’s human-verification system, not Windows or a Microsoft account, so Microsoft Q&A cannot fix or bypass it.

    Please contact Clickworker Support and report that the verification fails during registration.
