Sorry you’re having trouble with this. What exact error message appears when you try to sign in to Halo on your PS5? Also, was your PlayStation Network account previously linked to another Microsoft account? Please avoid sharing any personal information.

I have no idea how to check if it has. But it shouldn’t have first game I think has asked to link them. Also no error code.

Thanks for clarifying. The account needs to be linked from inside Halo, not through the PS5 settings.

Please open the game and continue until you see a QR code or linking code. Scan the QR code, or visit https://www.microsoft.com/link on another device, sign in with the Microsoft account you want to use, and enter the 8-character code shown on your PS5. Please make sure the Microsoft account already has an Xbox profile and gamertag.

Hi,I can't play halo on my playstation 5.... No matter what I do, I've tried on my phone, I've tried through the playstation using the in game way and nothing works..... Like literally at all, I'm getting frustrated because I've just spent £50 on a game and I physically can't play it.... Can you please just link my account or something because it's beyond a joke now...... Why make it this awkward to just play a game? Nothing works whatsoever so please just do something about it, it even pops up saying "you're signed in and can play halo" and then I close the page and I still can't play it tells me to go through the steps again.... I've done this over 5 times now and I still can't play.... Please help I already have an Xbox account that it is linked through but it just does not work

I had to make a whole new Microsoft account to play the game.

Trying to play Forza. Can log into Microsoft but it says already connected to a different account. I’ve tried to log in with a different account and it is not registered. So I have no idea how I’m ever going to log in
