Hi

My account was hacked, and my email was changed. When I try to log in, it says this: "Try entering your Microsoft account again. We don't recognize this one." only problem is this kicked me out of my Xbox account on my laptop and Xbox console and, i really dont want to lose all my game progress, my other major problem is my subscription for Xbox Game Pass can't be canclled as i need to log in and as statwed i cannot.

Is there a way to contact Microsoft directly, as all their forms and AI responses don't work, as they all give this message: "Try entering your Microsoft account again. We don't recognize this one."

My phone number also does not work, as that is the first thing they deleted. As for the password reset also does not work.
