My canon tr 7020 printer only prints in red

If your Canon TR7020 is printing everything in red even with brand‑new cartridges, that usually points to either the black ink not flowing correctly or the printer not recognizing the cartridge properly. double‑checking that the protective tape on the new cartridges was fully removed it’s easy to miss. Next, run the built‑in cleaning cycle from the printer’s maintenance menu; that often clears up clogged nozzles. If that doesn’t help, try reseating the cartridges pop them out and back in firmly until you hear the click

Also, make sure you’re using genuine Canon cartridges, since off‑brand ones sometimes don’t communicate well with the printer.
