My internet was down for 24 hours. I had trouble getting back into MS 365 (word, ppt, excel) and now a form that I have is there but it's giving recipients "Form Can No Longer Be Accessed" message. What happened? How can I fix this?

    Dear @Qualice T Seymour,

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing with your Microsoft Form especially after the recent connectivity disruption. Based on the behavior you described “Form can no longer be accessed”, this typically indicates that the form is currently unavailable due to one of the following reasons:

    • The form may have been temporarily blocked by Microsoft’s security system (for example, if it was flagged for potential privacy or safety concerns)
    • The account associated with the form experienced a temporary restriction or re-authentication issue after the outage
    • The form’s sharing permissions or link settings may have changed during the recovery process

First, could you please try the following quick checks:

    • Open the form from your Microsoft Forms homepage (https://forms.office.com/) and confirm it loads correctly
    • Go to Share and generate a new response link, then test it in a private/incognito browser
    • Confirm the setting is configured to allow the intended audience (e.g., “Anyone with the link can respond,” if external users are involved)

If the issue persists after these steps, I recommend contacting your Microsoft 365 administrator (if applicable) to check whether the form was blocked by the system’s security controls. In such cases, the admin may need to review and unblock the form from the backend.

Your administrator must verify and re‑enable the Forms backend services in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD):

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal at https://portal.azure.com/ with an account that has admin permissions.
    2. In the left pane, select Microsoft Entra ID.
    3. Select Enterprise applications.
    4. In Application Type, choose Microsoft Applications.
    5. Search for and open Office Hive.
    6. Under Manage, select Properties.
    7. Set Enabled for users to sign-in? to Yes, then select Save.
    8. Repeat steps 4–7 for Microsoft Forms (Application Type = Microsoft Applications, search for Microsoft Forms).
    9. Ensure SharePoint services are also enabled so people can access Microsoft Forms

I truly appreciate your patience while I work through this with you, and I am here to support you until the issue is fully resolved.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. I appreciate your continued trust. Hope you having a nice day and really much warm regards to you as well!
