    Hi Karmelita Muleviciute

I’m sorry for the confusion, this is a fairly common issue with Minecraft redemptions.

If the code redeemed successfully but Minecraft is not showing in your library, please check the following:

    • Confirm the account used to redeem the code Minecraft is permanently tied to the Microsoft account that redeemed it. Sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and verify the game appears there. If it doesn’t, it may have been redeemed on a different Microsoft account.
    • Check the correct platform/version Some codes grant Xbox-only or PC-only entitlements. A game redeemed for Xbox will not appear in the Microsoft Store PC library or Minecraft Launcher for Windows, and vice versa.
    • Search the Store directly Open the Microsoft Store or Xbox Store, search “Minecraft,” and see if it shows Owned / Install instead of Buy. Library syncing can fail even when ownership is correct.
    • Verify Xbox Home Console (for Xbox installs) If this is on console, make sure you’re signed into the same account and that the console is set as the Home Xbox, then check My games & apps → Full library.

If the purchase appears in order history but the game still does not show as owned on the correct platform, this requires manual entitlement correction. At that point, please contact:

They can verify which account and platform the license was applied to and fix it if the entitlement didn’t sync properly.

Hope you'll get this sorted out!
