Base64.Encoder Class

Definition

This class implements an encoder for encoding byte data using the Base64 encoding scheme as specified in RFC 4648 and RFC 2045.

Remarks

This class implements an encoder for encoding byte data using the Base64 encoding scheme as specified in RFC 4648 and RFC 2045.

Instances of Encoder class are safe for use by multiple concurrent threads.

Unless otherwise noted, passing a null argument to a method of this class will cause a java.lang.NullPointerException NullPointerException to be thrown.

If the encoded byte output of the needed size can not be allocated, the encode methods of this class will cause an java.lang.OutOfMemoryError OutOfMemoryError to be thrown.

(Inherited from Object)
Encode(Byte[], Byte[])

Encodes all bytes from the specified byte array using the Base64 encoding scheme, writing the resulting bytes to the given output byte array, starting at offset 0.

Encode(Byte[])

Encodes all bytes from the specified byte array into a newly-allocated byte array using the Base64 encoding scheme.

Encode(ByteBuffer)

Encodes all remaining bytes from the specified byte buffer into a newly-allocated ByteBuffer using the Base64 encoding scheme.

EncodeToString(Byte[])

Encodes the specified byte array into a String using the Base64 encoding scheme.

Equals(Object)

Indicates whether some other object is "equal to" this one.

(Inherited from Object)
GetHashCode()

Returns a hash code value for the object.

(Inherited from Object)
JavaFinalize()

Called by the garbage collector on an object when garbage collection determines that there are no more references to the object.

(Inherited from Object)
Notify()

Wakes up a single thread that is waiting on this object's monitor.

(Inherited from Object)
NotifyAll()

Wakes up all threads that are waiting on this object's monitor.

(Inherited from Object)
SetHandle(IntPtr, JniHandleOwnership)

Sets the Handle property.

(Inherited from Object)
ToArray<T>()

(Inherited from Object)
ToString()

Returns a string representation of the object.

(Inherited from Object)
UnregisterFromRuntime()

Unregisters this Java peer from the interop runtime.

(Inherited from Object)
Wait()

Causes the current thread to wait until it is awakened, typically by being <em>notified</em> or <em>interrupted</em>.

(Inherited from Object)
Wait(Int64, Int32)

Causes the current thread to wait until it is awakened, typically by being <em>notified</em> or <em>interrupted</em>, or until a certain amount of real time has elapsed.

(Inherited from Object)
Wait(Int64)

Causes the current thread to wait until it is awakened, typically by being <em>notified</em> or <em>interrupted</em>, or until a certain amount of real time has elapsed.
