ActionMode.Callback2 Class

Definition

Extension of ActionMode.Callback to provide content rect information.

[Android.Runtime.Register("android/view/ActionMode$Callback2", ApiSince=23, DoNotGenerateAcw=true)]
public abstract class ActionMode.Callback2 : Java.Lang.Object, Android.Views.ActionMode.ICallback, IDisposable, Java.Interop.IJavaPeerable

Remarks

Extension of ActionMode.Callback to provide content rect information. This is required for ActionModes with dynamic positioning such as the ones with type ActionMode#TYPE_FLOATING to ensure the positioning doesn't obscure app content. If an app fails to provide a subclass of this class, a default implementation will be used.

Constructors

Name Description
ActionMode.Callback2()

Creates an action-mode callback that can provide a content rectangle.

ActionMode.Callback2(IntPtr, JniHandleOwnership)

Creates a managed peer for an existing Java Native Interface object reference.

Properties

Name Description
Class

Returns the runtime class of this Object.

(Inherited from Object)
Handle

The handle to the underlying Android instance.

(Inherited from Object)
JniIdentityHashCode

Gets the identity hash code assigned to this Java peer by the interop runtime.

(Inherited from Object)
JniPeerMembers

Gets the JNI peer metadata used by the .NET for Android binding runtime.

(Inherited from Object)
Notify()

Wakes up a single thread that is waiting on this object's monitor.

(Inherited from Object)
NotifyAll()

Wakes up all threads that are waiting on this object's monitor.

(Inherited from Object)
OnActionItemClicked(ActionMode, IMenuItem)

Called to report a user click on an action button.

OnCreateActionMode(ActionMode, IMenu)

Called when action mode is first created.

OnDestroyActionMode(ActionMode)

Called when an action mode is about to be exited and destroyed.

OnGetContentRect(ActionMode, View, Rect)

Called when an ActionMode needs to be positioned on screen, potentially occluding view content.

OnPrepareActionMode(ActionMode, IMenu)

Called to refresh an action mode's action menu whenever it is invalidated.

SetHandle(IntPtr, JniHandleOwnership)

Sets the Handle property.

(Inherited from Object)

(Inherited from Object)
UnregisterFromRuntime()

Unregisters this Java peer from the interop runtime.

(Inherited from Object)
Wait()

Causes the current thread to wait until it is awakened, typically by being <em>notified</em> or <em>interrupted</em>.

(Inherited from Object)
Wait(Int64, Int32)

Causes the current thread to wait until it is awakened, typically by being <em>notified</em> or <em>interrupted</em>, or until a certain amount of real time has elapsed.

(Inherited from Object)
Wait(Int64)

Causes the current thread to wait until it is awakened, typically by being <em>notified</em> or <em>interrupted</em>, or until a certain amount of real time has elapsed.
