The Cleveland Guardians' No. 1 prospect will be missing time after the team announced on Monday that he suffered an injury last week.
The Cleveland Guardians announced Tuesday that Travis Bazzana could miss at least the next two months with a right internal oblique strain. Bazzana, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 MLB Draft, had been playing for Double-A Akron in the Eastern League when he suffered the injury on May 14.
