The Twins are already without a few key players: rookie infielder Luke Keaschall has been on the injured list with a fractured forearm he suffered in just his seventh big-league game and outfielder Matt Wallner has been sidelined for a month by a strained hamstring.

Minnesota Twins outfielder Byron Buxton was placed on the 7-day concussion list on Saturday, two days after colliding with shortstop Carlos Correa during a 4-0 win over the host Baltimore Orioles. Buxton entered concussion protocol Thursday and remained there until Minnesota placed him on the concussion list prior to Saturday's game against the host Milwaukee Brewers.

Minnesota Twins shortstop Carlos Correa was placed on the seven-day concussion injured list Friday, a day after he collided with center fielder Byron Buxton in pursuit of a shallow fly ball.Buxton had entered concussion protocol after Minnesota's 4-0 victory at Baltimore on Thursday and also was held out of the Twins' lineup Friday for the opener of a three-game series at Milwaukee.
