Sterling Williams, a maintenance worker at the Orleans Parish Justice Center, was arrested on Tuesday, ABC News reported, citing sources familiar with the arrest. Williams is accused of shutting off the water to a toilet off in order to aid in the escape of the inmates who climbed through a hole behind a toilet.

Authorities say 10 men broke out of a New Orleans jail by fleeing through a hole behind a toilet. Seven of them are still on the lam.
