Matthew Macatuno Naval has been arrested for abducting a 10-year-old child he reportedly met on social media apps Roblox and Discord, officials said.

That friend of Naval’s is a 10-year-old girl from Taft. The two met on Roblox, the online video game platform. Specifically, Naval said, on the game Mic Up — a voice chatting feature.
