Code hosting website GitHub announced today plans to add support for a Dependency Graph for Composer-based PHP projects.

In fact, one of the main uses for GitHub Actions could be pushing code for those final projects from GitHub to run on cloud services such as Amazon, Google, and, yes, Microsoft Azure.
