The Department of Justice is investigating the Washington, DC, shooting that killed two Israeli Embassy staffers as an act of terrorism and a hate crime, as details continue to emerge about the violent act,

Sarah Lynn Milgrim of Johnson County and her boyfriend, Yaron Lischinsky, were on the eve of being engaged when they were killed near the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington, D.C.

"Please pray for the families of the victims. We will bring this depraved perpetrator to justice," DHS Sec. Kristi Noem said.
