Navigate to the HTML file you wish to open and double-click it to you that file in your browser. Internet Explorer becomes your default browser when you install Windows.

Open the HTML file of the Web page in which you would like to embed the MOV file. Scroll to the location in the page that you want to place the MOV file and click to move the cursor there.
