Country music star Alan Jackson said during a Milwaukee concert he'd performed his final road show, a few years after revealing his Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease diagnosis.

He was diagnosed with Charcot-Marie-Tooth which he said was “starting to affect my performance onstage a little bit where I don’t feel comfortable.”
