TikTok has introduced in-app guided meditation exercises to help users improve their sleep quality. The feature, first tested earlier this year with select teens, is now available to all users on the app.

TikTok said that the meditation feature, aimed at improving sleep quality, is triggered during "sleep hours" and will be turned on by default for users under the age of 18.  The announcement comes amid public pressure and lawsuits concerning the app's impacts on young users.
