1. What changed (and who this applies to)
If you previously used the Services Hub Connector, it is now called the Engage Center Connector.
If you had a Services Hub Connector, that Azure resource is now called the Engage Center Connector. Your connector name has not changed, but any search for Services Hub Connector will no longer return results. The Engage Center Connector continues to support the same OnโDemand Assessments, and now also includes Surveys and other new functionality.
Your Azure subscription from creating your original Services Hub Connector or a newly created Engage Center Connector must be tied to your Unified agreement.
If it isn't, your Engage Center Connector will still show the Services Hub Connector experience. You will not have access to Surveys or new functionality, and you will see the legacy experience.
Talk to your CSAM to tie your current connector subscription to your Unified agreement to unlock the full Engage Center Connector experience.
What this means for you:
- The resource name has changed from Services Hub Connector to Engage Center Connector
- The experience now lives fully in the Azure portal
- No assessment data or Log Analytics connections were removed or reset
- You do not need to reconfigure assessments because of the name change
- Your Azure subscription must be tied to your Unified agreement for the full experience
2. Migration
The Unified On-Demand Assessment experience has been migrated to the Engage Center Connector for all Unified customers that DO NOT have any Offline Assessment.
To reduce confusion and ensure accuracy, older documentation that references the Services Hub Connector is being retired. This page serves as the starting point and directs you to the current, supported documentation for the Engage Center Connector.
