Set up agreement substatuses

Agreement substatuses let you track an agreement’s current state in more detail and align status tracking with your organization’s business processes.

1. In Dynamics 365 Field Service, select the Settings area.

2. Under Service Delivery, select Agreement Substatuses.

3. Select New.

4. Use the tooltips to help fill in your information, and then select Save & Close.
