Microsoft Edge not successfully loading a specific website

Since only one site fails in Edge and it opens on other devices, this is more likely a site-specific loading issue on this device than a generally corrupt Edge installation.

Try these steps in order:

1. Test whether it is a site or browser-data issue
   • Open the site in another browser on the same PC.
   • If it also fails there, the problem could be the network or the website path from this device.
2. Clear Edge cached data
   • In Edge, go to Settings and more > History > Open history page > Delete browsing data.
   • Set Time range to All time.
   • Select Browsing history and Cached images and files, then select Clear now.
   • Try the site again.
3. Clear all browsing data if needed
   • Go again to Settings and more > History > Open history page > Delete browsing data.
   • Choose All time, select all boxes, then select Clear now.
4. Check whether Edge is fully updated
   • Go to Settings and more > Settings > About Microsoft Edge.
   • Apply any available update.
5. Restart the PC
   • Restart Windows, then test the site again.
6. Check security software and network path
   • If third-party security software is installed, make sure it is up to date.
   • If the page does not open in another browser either, restart the modem/router.
7. Repair Edge before reinstalling
   • Close Edge.
   • Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Installed apps.
   • Select Microsoft Edge > Modify > Yes > Repair.
   • This should not affect browser data and settings.
8. Reinstall only if repair does not help
   • If Edge still has problems, reinstall Edge using the latest installer.

Reinstalling is not the first step here. For a single website issue, clearing cached data, updating Edge, and repairing Edge are the supported steps before reinstalling.
