Need Help Escalating Unresolved Phone Link Issue After Multiple Support Contacts

Hello,

I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.

I've been experiencing an ongoing issue with the Phone Link app and have contacted Microsoft Support five separate times. Despite working with multiple support representatives and trying the troubleshooting steps they recommended, the issue remains unresolved.

During my most recent support interaction, the agent arranged for a call from the Advanced Support team. Unfortunately, I never received the scheduled call. Since then, I've attempted to request another contact time and have submitted a callback request through Microsoft Support, but I have not received any follow-up.

What is most frustrating is not the unresolved technical issue itself, but the apparent lack of communication regarding my requests for assistance. I have always expected better customer support from Microsoft, and I'm disappointed that I have been unable to connect with someone who can help move this case forward.

Has anyone here experienced a similar situation? Is there a specific team, escalation path, or contact method for Phone Link issues when standard support has been unable to resolve the problem?

For reference:

  • Windows version 11
  • Phone model: Pixel 9 Pro, Android version 17
  • Phone Link version: last update was August 7, 2026
  • Brief description of issue: During the 5 Microsoft communications, I have tried numerous suggested fixes. The result remains the same:
    • Notifications are syncing correctly
      • New messages appear on the phone and in Phone Link notifications
        • Recent messages do not appear in the Messages tab.

Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
