    Hi Scott,

Since you're using invoices beginning with “G” are issued for Microsoft 365 business subscriptions. This means the invoice is always associated with a business Microsoft tenant, typically using a domain such as "yourcompany.com" or "yourcompany.onmicrosoft.com". The invoice and subscription details can only be reviewed from the Microsoft 365 Admin Center by someone who has Global Admin (GA) or Billing Admin permissions.

Please use your admin credential to check the following location in the 365 Admin CenterAdmin Center > Billing > Bills & payments User's image

If you have more than one billing account, select Change billing account to view invoices associated with each billing account.

Select an invoice from the list to view the details online. If you don't see any invoices, change the date range or select a different billing account from the Billing account view selector. The invoice details page provides information that includes the following items:

    1. The amount due and the date the invoice was paid.
    2. Invoice details like the invoice date, billing period, billing profile, and billing account.
    3. A billing summary that includes a list of all charges, credits, taxes, and total amount.
    4. A list of transactions made for the selected billing account.

To download the .PDF version of your invoice, select Download, then select Download invoice.

For more information, please consult: View or download your invoice in the Microsoft 365 admin center | Microsoft Learn

I hope this provides enough clarity and helps you stay inform with your current situation.

Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.
