Legitimate keys for such an old version of Office have not been available for many years. Try and get your money back from the vendor.
I think the OP bought Office 2007 new (for a previous system) and now wants to install it on a new computer. I can't guarantee that's possible, but I do have Office 2003 installed on Windows 11.
We'll need some more details here... Did you purchase Office 2007 recently? Or are you trying to move Office from one PC to another?
Do you have an original package with an installation disc and a product key?
