Urgent help with removing hacked account from Azure/Microsoft

I am facing a serious issue with a personal email account (Hotmail) that was hacked. This account was somehow linked to an organization in Azure without my consent, and now I am blocked from deleting it because it says I need to leave the organization. I never used this account in any work or school context, it was strictly personal. When I was able to log back into the account, I noticed suspicious activity, it was logged in from multiple different countries. Additionally, I started receiving emails about new apps being connected to it on my other Gmail account. I would like to request the removal of this organization linkage, or your assistance in restoring my control over the account and enabling its deletion.
