Screenshot 2026-08-06 211822.png Try looking at the top. It is Google's BSC Frame. May I know how to stop this pop-up? It keeps popping up every time I open a website, forcing me to use Chrome instead of Microsoft Edge. Could someone from Microsoft please answer me? (I've been using Windows 11 Home, version 25H2. Experience pack: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.334.0)

    Hey there, Cheng En Toh

If you are searching with Google, when you are seeing this pop-up, this is controlled by Google. When Google's website detects that you are not using Chrome, it will start producing pop-ups asking you if you would like to download Chrome.

Please can you confirm if this is showing when you are searching on Google?

Please can you click onto the padlock icon on the address bar

This will show a menu showing the site settings for the website you are visiting. Please can you check that intrusive ads is toggled off?

    Hope this helps,
