I hope you are doing well.

We are currently experiencing two issues with our OneDrive environment and would appreciate your assistance in resolving them as soon as possible.

1. OneDrive Storage Space Issue Our OneDrive storage allocation is 25 TB, but we are no longer able to synchronize data from our server because OneDrive indicates that there is insufficient storage space available. However, the total data stored on the server is only 10 TB, which is well below our allocated capacity.

2. File Synchronization Issue We are also encountering a synchronization problem where some files are being replaced with older versions. Instead of uploading the most recent files from the server, OneDrive appears to be downloading outdated versions that are 1 to 3 days older, causing version inconsistencies and data synchronization concerns.

Please find the attached screenshots showing the error messages and behavior reported by OneDrive.

As these issues are affecting our operations, we would appreciate your prompt assistance in identifying the cause and providing a resolution.

Additionally, if possible, we would prefer to be contacted by a support representative who speaks Arabic.

Thank you for your support, and we look forward to your response.

Kind regards,

    Dear @DNA INFO,

To resolve this, Microsoft’s support team will need to step in. A technical support engineer can perform a remote session to investigate the situation verify the backend configurations, and run any necessary synchronization tools to resolve the problem. If the issue requires further attention, they can refer it to a specialized team for deeper analysis.
