Does the Teams application used via Microsoft 365 include audio conferencing capabilities?

Hi, I purchased a 365-year subscription. I live in a residential area with a management office and would like to hold monthly meetings via Teams. I'm not sure if I have the audio conferencing feature, as some people might want to call in to join the meeting. Is this feature already available, or is it a separate license or fee?
