    Dear @Jude MICHEL,

Based on the screenshot provided, it appears Excel is creating the chart sheet Graphique2, but the chart is not displaying correctly. Additionally, Excel shows a Document Recovery pane, which may indicate that Excel encountered an issue while generating the chart.

I also tested this scenario on my own Lenovo ThinkPad device by selecting an entire dataset and pressing F11 to create a chart. In my testing, Excel was able to generate the chart normally without any issues.

Since the behavior could not be reproduced in my environment, please help verify the following steps on the affected device:

1.Confirm that data is selected before creating the chart

    • Highlight the data range you want to graph, including headers.
    • Press F11 and check whether the chart is generated correctly.

2.Repair Office Application: You can refer to Repair an Office application - Microsoft Support and then check the result.

3.Test chart creation using the Ribbon

    • Go to Insert > Recommended Charts (or select a chart type manually).
    • If the chart is also blank when created from the Ribbon, the issue is likely not related to the F11 shortcut.

4.Check whether the issue is workbook-specific

    • Create a new blank workbook.
    • Enter a small sample dataset and create a chart.
    • If charts work normally in a new workbook, the original workbook may be corrupted.

    5.Start Excel in Safe Mode

    • Press Windows + R.
    • Type excel /safe and press Enter.
    • Open the workbook and try creating the chart again.

If the issue still persists after trying the steps above, could you please let me know:

    • Does this happen with all Excel files or only this workbook?
    • What version of Excel are you using?

Welcome to share any updates when you have time if you need further help on this issue. Thank you very much for your valuable time and your cooperation.
