Usage breakdown for Anthropic services

For Microsoft Marketplace services such as Anthropic, day-wise usage is available from Cost Management + Billing rather than from the invoice PDF line item alone.

Use one of these paths in the Azure portal:

1. Go to Cost Management + Billing.
2. Select the correct billing scope.
3. Open Usage + charges to view the breakdown by timespan, including Microsoft Marketplace charges.
4. Select the line item and use the download option to get the Cost and Usage Details CSV.

Depending on the billing account type, the download path differs:

• EA: Cost Management + Billing > Usage + charges > choose month > Download > select charge type > Prepare document > Download csv.
• MCA: Cost Management + Billing > billing scope overview > Download usage and prices > under Azure usage file, select Prepare, then Download. It can also be prepared from Billing > Invoices.
• MOSP / individual subscription: Cost Management + Billing > Billing > Invoices > select the invoice row > Download from Usage Details.

For Marketplace purchases specifically, Usage + charges can show a breakdown of Microsoft Marketplace charges by timespan.

If the invoice still shows only a single Marketplace line item, use the usage/details CSV to analyze the billed charges. The usage details report provides a breakdown of charges that accrued toward an invoice in CSV format.
