An Azure service that provides a hybrid, multi-cloud management platform for APIs.
Hello @david Latham - That page is scoped to the v2 tiers and workspace gateways only. Its own intro says the v2 tiers "are available in a subset of the regions where the classic tiers are available" and points you to a separate source for classic-tier availability. So UK South showing ⚠️ across Basic v2, Standard v2, Premium v2, and workspace gateway doesn’t mean APIM is unavailable in UK South, it just means the v2 SKUs aren’t.
Likhitha already mentioned trying a different SKU, and I’d go back to that. The table isn’t saying the whole region is off-limits, only that v2 capacity is constrained.
Worth trying a classic-tier deployment in UK South before writing the region off. If the real requirement is APIM in UK South rather than Standard v2 specifically, classic Standard or Premium may well go through.
To keep in mind if you go that route: classic and v2 aren’t feature-equivalent, so it’s worth checking the v2 overview to see what you’d be trading off, and the pricing model is different. On timing, there's no published ETA and the doc only says they're "actively working to restore availability".
Also UK West is green for both Basic v2 and Standard v2. You've said the dependent services aren't there but it's the nearest v2-capable region if any of that list turns out to be negotiable.
