Unable to install updated apps

I have several updates that are not installing and stating an error has accrued, i have O356 Basic valid until june 2027, any advise please

    Log into your Microsoft account on this link, what Microsoft 365 subscription do you find listed on your account, is that Microsoft 365 Basic, Personal or Family.

    If your subscription is to Microsoft 365 Basic, that version only entitles you to 100GB of OneDrive storage and access to the free Office apps in a web browser, it does not include installing the Office apps on your PC, it is only the Microsoft 365 Personal or Family subscriptions that include installing the Office apps locally on your PC.
