HOW TO FIX MS WORD_LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION_ACTIVATE TO CREATE AND EDIT

I AVAILED ON LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION ON OCTOBER 23, 2023 AND SUDDENLY, I CANNOT CREATE OR EDIT. THERE APPEARS AS NOTIFICATION ON TOP WHICH SAYS I NEED TO ACTIVATE MICROSOFT 365 TO CREATE AND EDIT.

    Are you using the Office apps on a Windows PC or on an Apple Mac computer?

    If you are using the Office apps on a Windows PC.

    Open Word.

    At the top right of Word, log out of Office.

    Restart (not shut down) your PC, then log back into Office, is your subscription then recognized correctly.

    If that does not resolve the problem, open Word.

    Go to File - Account, click the 'Switch Licence button, are you able to find your Office licence in the resulting list.

    If you are using the Office apps on an Apple Mac computer.

    What version of Microsoft Office do you have, is that a subscription to Microsoft 365 or a standalone version of Office like Office 2019, 2021 or 2024.

    At the top left of your Desktop, click the Apple icon and select 'About this Mac', what version of MacOS is installed on your computer?
