Error Connecting Bing Ads Data to Azure After Admin Consent

Hi Team,

We registered an application in Azure and configured it as outlined in the Microsoft documentation. However, even after granting admin consent (both via the browser URL and within the app), the error persists.

When the admin attempts to provide consent, the application still shows an error. Additionally, when I try to obtain the authorization code through the browser URL, it continues to prompt for admin consent.

It’s unclear whether this issue is related to the redirect URI configuration or another permission setting. Could you please advise on the correct setup or any additional steps required?

Hello Mayur Patil,

Thank you for using our Microsoft Advertising Learn Q&A Platform!

Based on the information provided, this issue appears to be related to Azure Entra ID authentication.

Microsoft Advertising APIs use Azure Entra ID for authentication. Issues involving app registration, tenant access, admin consent, redirect URI configuration, or OAuth token acquisition are typically managed through Azure Entra ID.

Since you have already registered the application and granted admin consent but are still being prompted for consent or encountering errors, we recommend working with your Azure tenant administrator or contacting Azure Support for further investigation of the Entra ID configuration and consent settings.

You can contact Azure Support here: Azure Support

I hope you're able to resolve this issue soon!

Kind regards,
